We endeavour to dispatch all orders next business day Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Over the Christmas period there might be a delay, however any delays will be stipulated at the top of the website.
If you have placed an order that contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, you should expect your order to be dispatched when all items are readily available. If you wish to receive items as quickly as possible, please place separate orders.
Returns & Exchanges
At HoloPhase Ltd, we take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition and meets high expectations. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

The product is in resalable condition, free from damage or tampering

Proof of purchase is provided (e.g. order confirmation or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

Opened booster packs, boxes, or any other sealed products

Singles (individual trading cards)

Mystery boxes, blind bags, or other randomised items

Digital codes or redemption cards once opened or revealed
This policy protects product integrity and ensures fairness for all collectors.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, please email holophase.ltd@gmail.com

Include clear photos of the packaging and affected items.

We will resolve the issue promptly through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide full return instructions.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
